Hidetoshi Nakata: the Asian David Beckham and one of the most stylish dudes I’ve ever met.

I met Hidetoshi when I was still a retail boy over at JEFFREY NY back in 2005. I’d never met anyone that rocked Margiela with Jordan 1s up until that point. At the time, he was playing ball for Fiorentina. A year or two later I see dude popping up in all the men’s fashion books. He’s since retired from professional soccer and is now Editor-at-Large for Monocle Magazine.
